What is Channel Code?

A channel code is a unique identifier designated to a channel for allowing transactions with third party sites through that channel. Please refer to the Channel Management user guide to understand how to find Channel code to authenticate and direct your requests via Rest APIs to the correct channels.

What should I do if I get the error code 1010 when I make a Rest API request?

The error code 1010 comes up when the API request made is invalid. This would happen if some of the mandatory parameters required to process your request were either missing from the request or were entered in a format that is not recognized by the web service. Please check the description of the parameters within the API guide of the API that you are trying to execute for more clarity on permissible values, input formats and expected parameter definitions.
